Possibly: Brick tea is high in fluorine. Google the article'the relationship of fluorosis and brick tea drinking in chinese tibetans'. It is dose dependent and use your judgment.

No: Only a child may get the enamel fluorosis if he or she gets too much fluoride during the years of tooth development. It is not possible at your age.
