Depends: On how it fell off. If it was a sudden traumatic loss of nail, apply antibiotic ointment and a dressing, see podiatrist. If nailslowly separated from nail bed over a prolonged period of time, the nail bed probable toughened up and dried out. If this is case, keep clean and avoid excessive shoe pressure by avoiding tight shoes.
