Salicylic acid ointm: Usually, keratolytic agents would do the job in addition to the use of good moisturizers. Ointment containing 6~12% salicylic acid may accomplish it. If you are patient, just use good moisturizer cream like cerave regualarly(twice a day), kp would improve or fade months or years later. In reality, no quick fix.
