Maybe: Keratosis pilaris is an unrelenting condition that never goes away. Lasers don't actually work get rid of it. However, microdermabrasion, ipl, and fractionated lasers can help to flatten it out and make it appear better. In theory, if you remove hair follicles the keratosis pilaris can't occur but I have not seen great results.
