Benzaclin (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide): Most acne treatments take 6 to 8 weeks to reach maximum benefit. Usually BenzaClin (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide) is combined with a topical retinoid to decrease the the blackheads that lead to pimples.
