Probably not: It is probably safe but the fda has classified it a category c and usually we stop all of this categor of medication unless it is harmful to the mother and i don't think acne would fit into a harmful category.

Yes: Pregnancy is not a contraindications for topical benzaclin (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide).
