Not comfortably: A short or tight achilles tendon condition makes it difficult to walk barefoot. In order to keep heels on the ground you need to pronate or flatten your arch. This will cause strain on your feet causing pain. It is best to wear shoes with at least 1 inch heel to offload the achilles tendon.
