No: No pain is normal in the lumber back.

No: This is not a typical pain presentation in terms of the type of pain. Low back pain is common affecting 85% of the adult us population at least sometime in their lives. Other problems can present as back pain and an aneurysm of the aorta is one of them which could explain a pulsating quality to the pain. You should see your doctor for an evaluation.
