A member asked:

I had btl c endometrial ablation 12/10 . started bleeding mod amt not r/t to sex. pregnancy test=negative. abn cerv bx 04/12 lgsil. what is impression?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Sometimes bleeding will return years after endometrial ablation. An ultrasound can shed some light on the bleeding and a colposcopy with endometrial and endocervical biopsies will rule out lgsil or higher grade lesion as a cause.
