Cause of red eyes: To treat your mom's red eyes, she needs to find out what's causing them to be red in the first place. It could be from chemical irritants, allergens, viral or bacterial infections, eye strain... Many things. If her vision is disrupted or she's having eye pain, she should see her doctor sooner rather than later for an evaluation.
