Discharge: A few thoughts: it could be old blood from spotting or a period. While not typically black and stringy, you could be having discharge from a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis mixed with some old blood. Regardless, with a history (or current diagnosis) of cervical cancer, it's best to have an evaluation by your physician. Hope this helps.
