Depends: Your surgeon may want to do a modified form of liposuction. Ask him/her. Also ask why you developed the gynecomastia.

Breast Liposuction: In short liposuction can be completed with small surgical scars. Liposuction involves the mechanical removal of fat from the body by suction through small tubes. These tubes can range from 2mm in diameter to 15mm in diameter. Small puncture holes or incisions are made in strategic places, in order to hide the small incisions. The tubes are passed in a cris-cross fashion to remove fat.
