Yes: But this is not a good idea. Not only is it unlikely to cure the condition, but if allowed to persist the infection may extend into the bones of the jaw, extend into soft tissues of the face and neck, get into the blood stream and cause endocarditis and brain abscesses and other unpleasant and potentially life-threatening illnesses. Go see a dentist asap.
