Where in mouth?: This may not be infectious or related to the herpes. I can' t tell for sure but consider lichen planus. Seeing a dermatologist might clarify this.

Need an expert: Please seek care with an oral medicine specialist or an oral pathologist. With the complex history you have most dentists would not know what need to be done. You need a specialist.
