Yes, it's possible. : It is certainly possible that you passed it without symptoms. These cases are more rare than the stereotypical patient who is in agony, but a stone with a favorable size and orientation can pass from the kidney, through the ureter, & out of the bladder without obstruction or pain. A ureteroscopy should have found the stone if present. Followup imaging may confirm this, but it is not recommended.

Yes: If he did ureteroscopy he would have seen the stone. If you had strained every drop of urine you passed,as you should have been instructed to do,you would have found the stone.Main thing is you are pain free and stone free.
