I have hypothyroidism. Elevated TSH. Normal T3 and T4. Antibody test was negative. Endocrinologist still refers to it as Hashimotos and says that's "most likely" the cause. Why would that be if I have no antibodies?

Hi there, I have hypothyroidism. My last test indicated that my TSH was 0.01. I take Euthyrox. 3x 0.1 tablets. My t4 has a normal reading. More towards the upper of the range, but not too high.I've read that when your TSH is low You should lower dose?
My FT4 is low at .68, TSH & FT3 is normal. My primary physician acts like it doesnt matter that its low & recommends to just test it again in 6 months. I have read that FT4 can cause hypothyroidism, hashimotos and pituitary issues?
