Do you mean a : Microdisectomy as there is no procedure by that name. In either case, these three surgical procedures are very different and do not compare to each other only that they are spine surgeries but even then, there are different sub categories for each procedure. A microdisectomy tends to be an outpatient procedure while the other 2 are not.
