Common High Risk Ds: Your body is transporting many fats out to cells (ldl) but not removing much (hdl), typical of high sugar/carb./foods & high visceral body fat. See: nusi.Org. However, the values you mention are for cholesterol, not lipoproteins. Cholesterol is a fat molecule made by every cell. Best check actual lipoprotein values: LDL always in nmol/l, best <700, HDL in µmol/l, best >10: far better indicators.
