My alkaline phosphatase is 163 u/l, monocytes are 15%, hdl cholesterol at 75 mg/dl and ldl is 46 mg/dl. these are all abnormal. what could be wrong?

Reference range: Lab reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either side. The cholesterol results are actually good, the monocyte percent almost never means a thing, and alk phos is meaningless if you're not fasting.

Courage: Your HDL of 75 and LDL of 46 are "abnormal" in a healthy way. Those are good numbers. Monocytes of 15% are of no clinical significance in isolation. The Alk Phos of 163 requires some investigation. First, it should be repeated. If persistently elevated, other tests should be done. There are many causes but galls stones are the commonest cause and should be excluded first.
