What organs are affected by onychogryphosis ?

Toenails: Only the nails are affected in this diagnosis.

Onychogryphosis: Is a nail that is excessively long, sometimes it actually grows under the tip of the toe and then stabs the persons own toe on the underside of the digit.

Please clarify: Onychgryphosis is a condition of the intergumentary system. The toenails are deformed. The reasons are multiple including congenital and trauma.
