Probably not: Everything you list sounds chronic & unlikely to be helped by a visit to an emergency room. Go see your pcp.

No: The chronic issues you face should be addressed by an internist who can look at all of your signs and symptoms through a wider-angle lens. An enlarged thymus, unless associated with myasthenic or obstructive symptoms, should not be worrisome.
