Possible: See a dotor to evaluate the swollen glands. He will want to know about what your son does to get these bites, where you live. he needs to dress so that he avoids bites and use insect spray. The doctor can do tests to check for Lyme disease.

Needs care now: Could be Lyme, ringworm, insect ( flea, bed bug, spider, mosquito ) infestation, or many other causes. Your child should be evaluated by Pediatrician NOW. This can be quite serious.
