Been taking nortriptyline for four weeks not liking it neuro said its ok to come off it! i was up to to 50 mgs on the fourth week now went down to 25 mg 3 days now done is that ok?

It depends: If the neurologist was the physician who prescribed the nortriptylene, and s/he feels it's no longer needed, then deciding to stop it sounds reasonable.
