Increased risks for fetal loss, preterm birth, small baby, hypertension, preeclampsia, placental abruption and late fetal death, stroke, eclampsia, hellp syndrome and worsening renal failure are all known complications. Strict adherence to a diet and care regimen under nephrologist and perinatologist supervision should help. Aspirin 80 mg daily?
