I've been getting high on diphenhydramine for a week and i woke up this morning and i feel weird help me please i think i'm adicted?

Enters brain: When taking this med on a regular basis it will build a bit in your system & take longer to be removed. Benedryl does enter the brain & interfere with messages between brain cells. It makes most people groggy & is the drug used in most otc sleep agents.Getting groggy after a few days use is expected.
