Need to see ENT: Clogged up nostril may suggest several different problems, including deviated nasal septum, polyps, chronic sinus disease, enlarged turbinates etc. Hence, an ENT evaluation is necessary to make sure there is no obstructive pathology. Endoscopic sinus exam is adviseable. Try saline nasal lavage to see if it helps.
