My son is lactose intolerant. when he has dairy he has the normal symptoms but also get spots under his arms a day or so after. is this normal?

Best to have it : Checked out . Hard to guess what those spots are without seeing them. How long has this been going on and they would appear exactly a day or so after he has the milk? Do they go away by itself? Does it look like hives? Have you documented those spots? Do take pictures so you can show them to the doctor.
