Don't go back: If pain is still getting worse, get evaluation& perhaps some imaging done by an md or do. You may have some underlying condition that needs to be addressed. Also, for manual therapies to work, you need good nutrition (lots of veggies, fruits, very few refined carbs (sugar, flour) and no ingredients on a label you can't identify). If you are ok, try a different chiro or better yet, a osteopath.

See an MD: Chiro offers a deep thrusting massage which can temporarily relive discomfort but offers no diagnosis or cure. For persistent discomfort and especially dysfunction, you should see an orthopedic specialist who can make the diagnosis and advise a proper treatment course.
