No: A person doesn't need a chiropractor to stand taller. She can stand tall all on her own. If there is some muscle tightness, her primary care doctor can recommend some physical therapy, where she can learn stretching exercises. Other movement exercises or stretching excercises, as in yoga or tai chi, may also help.
