Yes.: This will help decrease pain if it was used for arthritis. Will be of no value if your problem was sle like, or vasculitis. But it will decrease your pain if you are tapering from an arthritis flare. Gi precautions may be in order, since the combination of Medrol (methylprednisolone) and an NSAID increases the chance of GI upset or ulcer.
