Few possibilities.: How long do you have fever, have any h/o ear infect., sinusitis, bad teeth . Feeling cold means the chills you have , i assume, from release of infective toxins into blood causing fever also.Any fever can cause head ache, if high.In your case it is low. Tonsils infection also to be ruled out too. But early meningitis, tuberculoma brain-need to be ruled out. Pl. Visit your doctor, need more history.
