Watch diet: I believe that gastric reflux and sinus allergy could produce your symptoms. I suggest that you avoid liquids at least 4 hours prior to retiring at bedtime and spend those hours sitting up. An allergy could produce your sinus drainage. Your physician could help with your symptoms.
