Hello, i just want to ask what causes pain in right upper thigh after appendictomy? i'm now in 24days after the operation

Neuropraxia: Sounds like the nerve to the upper outer thigh is bruised. Could be from the appendicitis, the operation or a combination of both. May take up to a year to resolve, and is nott dangerous. It is also referred to as meralgia parasthetica.
