Yes: Despite your profuse use of acronyms (which fortunately I am able to decode) the answer is definitely yes. Sarcoidosis frequently causes facial sensory changes but so do other connective tissue disorders as well as diabetes. Continue your work-up. On occasion facial nerve conduction tests can be helpful. Mri scan for brainstem-related pathology should be considered.
