Maybe: I'm not sure what you mean by "rupture". Cancer can grow into different organs, like the colon, and cause them to rupture. If you are thinking about rupture like a balloon filled with fluid that "ruptures", that usually isn't how cancer behaves. That's because cancer usually isn't contained inside a membrane (like the balloon) that can rupture. I hope that helps!
