Diplopia-infarcts on mri brain ? now optho wants test for mg . diplopia lasts 10-14 days, not just fleeting. infarcts not in areas typical eye probs.

Depends: Lesions on MRI from ms can cause diplopia if in brain stem. But you might see other lesions. It is also good to check for mg.
