Going for anatomic sonogram soon, i should be 19 weeks, 2 days then. every week has measured right on, i heard they may be off by days, is that true?

+/- 10 days: A 19 week sonogram has about a 7-10 day margin of error. Your earliest sonogram is the one used to establish a due date not the later ones.
