Fertility/ovulation: There are ovulation detection kits, and basal body temperature thermometers which can detect the optimal time for conception to occur. The general statistical rule is to attempt pregnancy for 12 months before consulting a physician for special diagnostic studies, but using ovulation prediction may be beneficial until then.
