Diet/exercise: Why are you shy? I don't understand this. You mean embarrassed? Regardless, evaluate your diet to cut out snacking, fatty foods, fried foods, added sugar & salt, & fatty meats. Eat more whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans (without salt, oil), & lean meats, poultry, & fish. Cut out dairy products like butter, whole milk yogurt, & especially ghee. Lastly, daily exercise.
