i eat bread with flaxseed, barley, rye, wheat . are flax seed and rolled barley safe to eat during pregnancy? should i stop eating multi-grain product?

Eat your grains...: The grains are all fine. Avoid foods are : uncooked meat, fish and poultry. Unpasteurized dairy, fruit and vegetable juices. Raw sprouts.
