Probably fine: flax seed is a source of omega 3 fatty acids, but there is a debate on whether or not they are a good source when compared to fish oil. You might want to check and see what percentage of DHA and omega 3's your prenatal pill has though. The prenatal vit. may have sufficient amounts that flax seed oil is unnecessary. Pregnancy is one of those times when you can get too much of a good thing
