What is the question: Zpack is an antibiotic (zithromax) which is safe to take with Aleve (naproxen) which is an anti-inflammatory pain reliever which can alleviate the symptoms of sinus congestion pain (a decongestant may help as well if your blood pressure is fine - eg. Pseudoephedrine). I am not a fan of the 5 hour energy drink- but probably not harmful in this situation if only 1. You may need rest for recovery.
