Loss of volume: Loss of volume in terms of fat and bone are the main culprits of the loose skin around the eyes. Typically aging...: Excess skin is generally a problem in the upper eyelids. In the lower eyelids, the problem is almost never excess skin but rather fat that is protruding along with descent of the cheek tissues.
