No: Ace inhibitors used to treat hypertension ( high b p ) acts by preventing conversion of angiotensin i to active angiotensin ii will not cause skin cancer.

Probably not: I am not aware of data suggesting that ace inhibitors cause skin cancer. There are however reports that they may in fact prevent non-melanoma skin cancers.
