Maybe: It is true that damage to one testicle can trigger the immune system to make ant-sperm antibodies that then attacks both the injured & uninjured testicles. Most of the work has been done in rats (probably a good thing). In rats, orchiectomy must be performed soon after injury to protect the other testicle. Get another opinion and do so as soon as possible.
