Have to see your doc: It is unusual to have your symptoms still 8 days after surgery, see your surgeon for follow up care.

Get evaluated: You should be feeling better by now. Okay to call and go in to see your surgeon. Fever and vomiting means get evaluated. Hopefully your bowels are moving. There are several more concerning possibilities that need to be addressed by your surgeon. Don't delay.

See the surgeon: Your symptoms are of concern. You may have a complication. Bile leakage, obstruction with hernia, wrong diagnosis are all possible. You need reevaluation.
