Getting yellow discharge 3 years post menopause. just saw gyno a week ago and she did exam and said everything was fine, as long as no smell, itch or blood, which there is not! why, in your opinion, would i get this if everything is normal?

In menopause the vagina becomes less acidic leading to bacterial changes and a watery yellow discharge. Since you don't have any other symptoms or a thick discharge your gyn appears to be accurate about not needing any treatment at this time and you should be reassured.
