What causes headaches that hurt from the sides of the head and front end?

Location irrelevant: By front end, i assume you mean forehead. Location of headache is almost never diagnostic by itself. Many other factors need to be known. Otherwise, you get a laundry list of possibilities (maybe 200). If you're worried enough to ask, ask a neurologist in person.
