Musculoskeletal pain: It would be important to know what tests were actually done. Urine studies could rule out an infection of the urinary tract as well as some forms of kidney disease. Blood studies could help rule out serious infections or internal bleeding. The ct scan would point to sources localized infection/inflammaiton , kidne stones, or bleeding. If all negative, one must thinks of musculoskeletal sources.
