You can't : You can't "spot reduce" fat. Some men have gynecomastia, the abnormal development of large mammary glands in males resulting in breast enlargement. This can be addressed surgically.

Selective Fat Loss: There is no non-surgical way to choose where fat is lost. The amount of fat on our bodies is determined by our weight, and the placement of that fat is determined by genetics. In order to lose weight on your chest, you need to lose weight until your body decides it is time to remove the fat from your chest. If this leads to an unhealthy appearance, liposuction can selective remove chest fat.

Diet & Exercise: Diet and exercise seem to work for most. If you have breast tissue, then liposuction is the ideal procedure. It is often combined with vaser or smartlipo.

Eat less - Do more: Eat about 500 calories less every day. Get a bit more activity every day. If you don't lose weight in a week, then eat less and exercise more. Repeat weekly until you are losing 2 pounds per week. Go for it! remember - you must stay hydrated to lose body fat. Water !
